Last week, we celebrated the grand reopening of Le Pavillon, New Orleans, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, which was anything but ordinary. Guests stepped into a world where history met modernity, and perspective shifted at every turn. From the moment you walked in, the unexpected awaited—like the towering violinist who set the tone for an unforgettable evening, or the cast of character actors who quite literally brought the hotel’s storied art collection to life. Revel, our live painter reimagined the iconic “Belle of New Orleans” in a bold, modern light, turning History on Its Head by blending the elegance of the past with the vibrant energy of today. As guests mingled, they were invited to see Le Pavillon from a new perspective—where Napoleon’s infamous bathtub becomes a conversation piece, and every hallway whispers a story that might surprise you. The night ended as only a New Orleans night can: with a Second Line parade, a joyful, high-energy celebration that spilled out onto the streets—a perfect crescendo to an evening full of wonder and wow. Hats off to General Manager Gregory Hoover, PHR and the incredible Le Pavillon team for orchestrating a reopening and for breathing new life into this iconic space and honoring its grand legacy with a bold new chapter.
