The New Hire Experience

We believe our people are our most important asset, and we strive to promote an inclusive, employee-focused culture that both tenured and new employees experience. To welcome new hires to Regency Centers, we host an annual "New Hire Event," where new team members are invited to our corporate office to get to know each other, our executives, and other team members over two days of lunches, happy hour, and a tour of our Jacksonville properties.
