We're so pumped to feature Pascale Feiertag as our Individual of the Week! Pascale is a Project Manager with our RAPP Berlin office and has been with us for one year. When she's not at the office, you can find her practicing and listening to music, attending concerts, songwriting, and even organizing and playing concerts! Music helps her express herself, self-regulate, stay curious and connect with others, on and off the stage. Pascale loves on-site production, so naturally, her favorite project at RAPP was the video production of a Mercedes-Benz Vans campaign. She also loves whenever she gets to go to the studio and help record radio spots for tactical campaigns! Her favorite thing about the marketing industry is that it's at the intersection of numbers and data-driven results, organization, and creativity—where mind meets heart! The most promising trend she's seen this year is sustainability in marketing and companies taking real steps toward change in order to find better solutions for society, the environment, and our futures. Pascale stands up for individuality through making genuine connections with the people she works with and finding the best possible way to support them.
