Driving Rail Connections to Shape a Smarter, Connected Future.

About us

As professionals in the rail industry, we understand its unique demands. Leveraging this expertise, we created Rail Link, a networking event designed to connect key stakeholders in the Irish rail sector and facilitate strategic relationship-building and business opportunities. Our venue, located in the prestigious Presidents Area at Aviva Stadium, adjacent to Lansdowne Road DART Station in Dublin, offers an unparalleled environment for professional networking. Without interruptions from speeches or presentations, it serves as the ideal platform for industry connections. We aim to welcome railway and building services companies of all sizes, supporting the renewal of existing connections and the formation of new business relationships in Ireland. Rail Link provides businesses in the rail and building services supply chains with a unique opportunity to present their services and products to a targeted audience at a competitive cost. Industry leaders send procurement managers to this event to discover innovative solutions and new suppliers. Exhibitors are invited to book a stand by contacting us via email. Each stand includes a 6ft table, tablecloth, and two chairs, with space for pop-up banners and product displays. Larger spaces are available upon request. To optimise networking opportunities, all staff from exhibiting and visiting companies must register for the event. Registered attendees will receive identification badges via email. Visitor registration for our Dublin event is now open at https://RailLinkNetworkingDublin2025.eventbrite.ie. Please note that while there is a fee for exhibitor spaces, visitor registration is complimentary. There are no restrictions on the number of staff attendees, allowing companies to fully maximise networking potential.
