A big thank you to the dozens of IPA members, Mutz Fellows, and Indiana legislators who made Day at the Statehouse a huge success! From conversations about affordable housing and child care to advocating for smarter charitable giving policies, our time at the Capitol reminds us: philanthropy works best when it's connected to policy.

Early childhood educators are essential to children’s learning and Indiana’s economy. We and Ivy Tech Community College are working to improve the quality of the early childhood education workforce thanks to a new, $21.9 million Lilly Endowment grant announced today. This funding will support Ivy Tech’s efforts to double early childhood education program enrollment by 2027 and create new, innovative education and training opportunities for current and future early childhood education professionals.     Ivy Tech is Indiana’s workforce engine, and we are grateful to Lilly Endowment for helping us remove barriers to early childhood education and training for the benefit of thousands of Hoosier children and families.     Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gU3tfZKz
