Community health workers and promotores (CHW/Ps) face challenges in addressing mental health needs within their communities, especially when resources and support are limited. The California CEAL Regional Team, led by UCLA, reached over 600 CHW/Ps with their mental health workshop series, supporting CHW/Ps and fostering academic-community partnerships.
