The Project Liberty Alliance held a pop-up event for members last week, with Evan Miyazono from Alliance member Atlas Computing, focused on enabling democratic safeguards on AI. 💡 Evan guided us through Specification Driven AI, highlighting how clear, verifiable safety standards can ensure AI aligns with democratic values, not just corporate interests. Drawing on his extensive experience, Evan emphasized the critical role specifications can play in establishing safety boundaries, similar to how laws function in liberal democracies.
