The PRISM organization provides opportunities for IT management of public retirement funds to collaborate and share their experiences with new technologies affecting the retirement and IT industries.
The membership consists of IT professionals from public retirement funds throughout the U.S. & Canada, as well as the Virgin Islands and the United Nations.
The Board of Directors are volunteer positions including President, President Elect, President Emeritus, Secretary, Treasurer, and District Directors (representing 4 regional districts), elected by member delegates for a 2-year term, except President which is a 3-year term. The Webmaster is an appointed position and is not eligible to vote as a Board member. PRISM encourages members to consider running for the Board.
PRISM hosts an annual member-led and member-focused conference. It is held in rotation between the West, Central and East regions of the U.S.
