Last week, Isaac Reisman, one of PowerMarket’s Account Managers, had the opportunity to speak with students at City-As-School High School! He led a discussion about the growing solar energy industry, career opportunities in clean tech, and how PowerMarket is making renewable energy more accessible to communities. We're grateful for the chance to share insights and help spark conversations about a more sustainable future. A huge thank you to Earth Day Initiative for making this opportunity possible and to City-As-School for hosting us! #SolarEnergy #CleanTech #RenewableEnergy #Sustainability #Education #PowerMarket #EarthDayInitiative

We’re proud to partner with LiveWell Group to power their operations with two of our innovative solutions: Community Solar and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Together, we’ve achieved: ✅ Interconnection of their solar array to the local grid ✅ Secured RECs covering 100% of property operations ✅ Supported their journey toward operational carbon neutrality These solutions not only lower energy costs but also enable a 100% renewable energy future. More importantly, they support local renewable energy and reduce your carbon footprint. This project is a powerful example of how community solar and renewable energy certificates can transform business operations across industries, delivering both financial and environmental benefits. By integrating RECs and community solar, LiveWell Group is actively reducing its carbon footprint and paving the way for a sustainable future—and we’re proud to be a part of that journey. At PowerMarket, we make it easy for organizations to achieve their climate goals with simple, cost-effective solutions like 100% Renewable Energy and Community Solar. #CommunitySolar #CleanEnergy #Sustainability #CarbonNeutral #RenewableEnergy
#Itsofficial! LiveWell Group is pleased to announce that its 5-megawatt community solar program, operated by LiveWell Energy, has been officially interconnected, and clean energy is now flowing into the local electric grid! LiveWell Energy’s community solar program is scaled to support electrical demand across LiveWell Group’s multifamily and commercial real estate portfolio and is central to its goal of achieving operational carbon neutrality. In addition, LiveWell Group, in collaboration with PowerMarket, is proud to announce that it has acquired Renewable Energy Credits (REC) equivalent to the environmental attributes of LiveWell Energy’s renewable electricity generation. Individual RECs, which are created when renewable energy is generated, represent the environmental benefit of electricity generated from a renewable resource, like solar, and are sold separately from the electricity itself. LiveWell Group’s acquisition of RECs ensures that 100% of its property management operations are supported by renewable energy. By integrating clean energy into its communities, LiveWell Group is not only delivering financial savings but also fostering a sustainably minded and community-first living environment. Last week at Urban Future Lab was a powerful reminder of why we started this journey—the belief that local communities hold the key to transforming our energy future. Hearing diverse industry perspectives on tackling grid limitations reinforced an important truth: in these uncertain times, our greatest power lies in working together. A huge thank you to the panelists from Institute for Policy Integrity at NYU School of Law, Solar United Neighbors, and NY Green Bank, as well as Brym and the Urban Future Lab team for hosting this insightful discussion. Stay tuned—more conversations and events are on the horizon as we look to continue growing support for clean energy solutions, like community solar.
