Thank you for an incredible 36 years Mark!
I am pleased to share that today I will be transitioning from my position as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Partner of PMB to my new part-time role as Senior Strategic Advisor. PMB has been an enormous part of my life, and I have been incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to partner with our fantastic clients and develop many long-lasting relationships while helping to provide our communities with places of healing and care. I joined PMB in 1989, just after its founding by Bob Rosenthal and played a key role in helping Bob and Dr. Rush manage PMB from the beginning. Together we overcame many obstacles and challenges to grow PMB into the company it is today. Click on this link to for a short video of PMB’s rich history: https://lnkd.in/gYm_dNzm My 36 years at PMB have been evenly divided between working as Bob’s second-in-command for 18 years and spending the last 18 years as President and then Chief Executive Officer. Under my leadership, PMB has successfully completed 69 projects across the continuum of care, representing $3.8 billion in project costs. Most importantly, PMB has also developed an unparalleled, industry-leading reputation as a trusted partner whose mission is to help our healthcare clients deliver on their growth and service line strategies. I am also incredibly proud of our sister company, PMB Real Estate Services, that began with Beth Cooper and Bob and continues to grow under the leadership of Stephen King and Kristin San Martin. PMB Real Estate Services has been #1 in the Kingsley MOB Tenant Satisfaction survey for three consecutive years, an accomplishment that further demonstrates that PMB’s highest priority is meeting our clients’ needs. PMB has successfully managed multiple leadership team transitions over our 54-year history and this current transition has been carefully planned over the last decade. In 2022 we promoted Jake Rohe to President in anticipation of his taking over as leader of PMB as I step back. Jake has been with PMB for over 20 years and is an accomplished and respected healthcare real estate executive who has the vision, character, and leadership skills to lead PMB into its next era. Jake has led many of PMB’s strategic initiatives as well as some of our most prominent projects. Jake will continue to be supported in leading PMB by Ben Ryan, our CFO who has been a Managing Partner along with Jake and me for almost 15 years. Additionally, at the beginning of 2025 our long-term PMB colleagues, Rebecca Gemmel, Ben Rosenfeld and Bill Jencks joined Jake Dinnen in our PMB Partner group. This expanded leadership PMB team will support Jake and Ben in managing PMB’s course into the future. Congratulations to Jake on assuming the leadership role at PMB. I’m excited to see how PMB continues to grow in the future. Thank you to all our partners, clients, and industry colleagues for your partnership, friendship and collaboration that has allowed me to have such a great career with PMB!
