The old model of entrepreneurship was local. Build in your city. Raise in your city. Scale in your city. Today? Ecosystems are borderless. Entrepreneurs aren't just looking for capital — they're looking for community, for creative allies, for belief. The best ecosystems of the next decade won't just fund companies. They'll fuel people. At Pipeline, we believe community is the ultimate infrastructure.

About us
Pipeline is an elite organization of the Midwest’s most successful, high-performance entrepreneurs paired with a national - and global- network of advisors, mentors and more. Our entrepreneurs work as one to face business challenges, funnel opportunities to their peers and build market-leading technology and life-sciences business together. Each year approximately 10-12 new entrepreneurs are invited to join Pipeline as Fellows. After an extensive selection process, new Fellows participate in a unique and rigorous year-long business leadership development program that blends workshop modules, advice from national experts, and a deepening of the relationships among new and current Pipeline Members. This introductory year-long program leverages a national network of business advisers at the forefront of their respective specialties who engage deeply with Pipeline, effectively extending the entrepreneurs’ business networks nationwide.

The grind. The nights. The identity crisis. The missed moments. The relationships you didn’t pour into because you were “so close.” Entrepreneurship costs more than equity. It costs pieces of you. We don’t romanticize that part at Pipeline. We meet it head-on. Because grit is easier when you’re not the only one in the ring. And resilience hits different when it’s modeled in real time — by people who’ve been there. This isn’t a country club. It’s a boxing ring. And every week, founders inside Pipeline remind us: The ones who last aren't just talented. They're tethered.

Everyone talks about funding. But no one tells you how isolating building can be — even after the check clears. Here’s what we’ve seen: Founders who are well-funded but under-supported burn out. Founders who are surrounded — by challengers, allies, and perspective — stay sharper, longer. That’s why Pipeline isn’t just a network. It’s a feedback loop. A friction zone. A training ground. You’ll get called out if your idea is half-baked. You’ll be reminded who you are when things get hard. And you’ll be exposed to other brilliant builders who challenge what you thought was possible. Capital is a transaction. Community is a multiplier. Don’t chase one without the other.

I'm honored to share that I’ve been selected as a candidate for the InBIA, International Business Innovation Association Board of Directors! InBIA’s work—supporting entrepreneurial ecosystems across the globe—is something I deeply believe in. It’s a privilege to be considered alongside such inspiring leaders. If you're passionate about innovation and community building, you won't want to miss the 39th International Conference on Business Incubation in Philadelphia April 5th-9th. Too many early-stage founders are playing defense. Waiting to be discovered. Hoping a cold email hits. Trusting the pitch deck to do the talking. But the founders we see winning? They show up swinging. They lead with conviction, not just credentials. They know the market doesn't reward caution — it rewards clarity. We’ve noticed a shift: The startups that stand out are the ones that hit clean and early. Their messaging is sharp. Their product is loud and believable. They don’t try to appeal to everyone — they aim to shake the right people. In 2025, quiet confidence won't cut it. You need to throw punches. Smart ones.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a month since our first Pipeline module in Kansas City! 🌟 The few days spent with the Pipeline Entrepreneurial Fellowship as a Pathfinder were incredibly impactful. The amount I learned and the connections with my cohort were truly incredible. Being around driven, passionate, and humble individuals navigating the startup journey was invigorating and peaceful all at the same time. 💡 The importance of connecting with startup friends cannot be overstated. Entrepreneurship is often a lonely journey, but when you’re surrounded by knowledgeable individuals who genuinely want to see you succeed, it makes all the difference. 🤝 In the last month, I’ve enjoyed implementing our Pipeline homework 📚 to keep me on track and accountable, connecting with my lovely cohort members that live in Omaha like Claudia Munoz-Najar 💗 , people like Antoinette Redmond, MBA who set up zoom check-ins to help our cohort stay connected from afar, and I’m so appreciative of already being able to reach out and receive support from our incredible presenter and Pipeline alum Leandro Castro -thanks coach! 😄 A huge thank you to the rest of the Pipeline team—Melissa Vincent, Katy Anderson, and Carissa Castro—who continue to encourage us to bring our business challenges forward and receive help! 💬 Looking forward to continuing this journey with such an inspiring community by my side. 🚀

Not every entrepreneur has a silver spoon. Some come in swinging with nothing but an idea, a relentless work ethic, and a chip on their shoulder. At Pipeline, we’re not building a country club. We’re building a gym. A place where founders train, sharpen, and rise — together. This isn’t about ego. It’s about execution. Not about who you know, but how far you’re willing to go. And when you step in here, you better be ready to sweat.

"We are not our business." Brandy Archie, OTD, OTR/L, CLIPP shared this during our interview, and it’s a powerful reminder for every entrepreneur. It’s easy to tie our identity to what we build—but we are more than our ventures. Success, failure, pivots—they don’t define us. We believe in building beyond the business. Because who you are at your core is just as important as what you create.
