PCOS Challenge helps raise public awareness about PCOS and related conditions as well as provides critical education and support resources to people with PCOS and the medical community.
PCOS Challenge programs have shown that they can assist people in making sustainable lifestyle changes and in finding health and medical experts that will enable them to better manage the condition as well as reduce their risk for life-threatening related diseases.

Advocates nationwide united in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, March 6th, for the 8th Annual PCOS Advocacy Day, urging lawmakers to prioritize polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)—a condition impacting millions yet remaining significantly underfunded and underserved.
Led by PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association, patients, researchers, healthcare providers, industry professionals, and supporters came together to amplify patient voices, calling for increased research funding, improved diagnostic testing, and accelerated development of effective treatments.

ABOUT PCOS ADVOCACY DAY
PCOS Advocacy Day is a high-impact event dedicated to advancing policy efforts related to PCOS. This one-day initiative brings together patients, supporters, healthcare providers, researchers, community and industry leaders, and prominent advocates to meet with members of Congress and push for greater federal commitment to addressing PCOS.
This event is an opportunity to:
1) Share your story;
2) Educate Members of Congress about PCOS;
3) Make the case for why more must be done now to advance PCOS research and care.
PCOS ADVOCACY DAY WILL INCLUDE:
On Thursday, March 6th – A mandatory morning briefing and training session from 8-10am, followed by meetings with participants’ members of Congress and Hill staff. PCOS Advocacy Day will conclude with a reception and debrief from 4-5:30pm. Virtual training sessions will be held for advocates prior to PCOS Advocacy Day.
