The City of Biloxi transformed its shoreline by replacing old metal pipes with sleek, wave-shaped precast concrete outfalls—improving both aesthetics and function along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Funded through the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act, the project used innovative precast structures produced by GATE Precast. These durable, wave-inspired forms blended naturally into the beach environment and were built to withstand the elements. Phase I included the installation of three structures near I-110 and The Blind Tiger, with plans to replace 300 existing pipes with 250 precast structures in total. Completed in partnership with Covington Civil and Environmental, LLC and Dale Partners Architects. 👉 Click to explore the full project profile and see how precast shaped the future of coastal infrastructure→ https://bit.ly/389MotA
