🌟 Introducing Impact Icons: Celebrating Black Nonprofit Leaders We're excited to launch a new initiative to spotlight visionary Black leaders in social impact this Black History Month. Here's why this matters: Despite the promises of 2020, nonprofit leadership still doesn't reflect our communities. A study from Candid showed that since 2020, there were no major shifts in the overall racial representation of nonprofit CEOs at the sector level. As a Black owned business working with many underrepresented leaders, we see the impact of this firsthand. And we know how valuable amplification and awareness can be for leaders doing the work. With that, we're looking to uplift and amplify the work of visionaries building our future right now. Whether you’re tackling education equity or climate justice, working locally or globally, we want to highlight leaders demonstrating that history isn't just something we study – it's something we're actively creating.
