Meet our Product Development Specialist, Rance. He joined the OurPharma Team in January 2019 as an Aseptic Specialist. He keeps advancing as the company grows and now focuses on Product Development. Rance plays a vital role in internal drug/process development. His responsibilities include R&D, formulation science, process engineering, master formulation batch record creation, equipment/process validation, and change controls, to name a few. He started with 2 years of retail pharmacy, then proceeded to spend the next 6 years at a 503A specialty pharmacy where he ran the sterile compounding laboratory. He is now approaching his 6th year at our 503B facility. His multidisciplinary background and expertise have lent greatly to the structure and success of OurPharma. Away from the office, Rance loves traveling, nature, and culinary exploration. With his refined palate, he is our go-to consultant for restaurant recommendations. Rance, we admire your focus and dedication on projects. It is a pleasure working with you.
