OneHealth is hiring! We are looking for: -RN Care Coordinator who will assist with triaging and assessing patients. This role will work in close collaboration with our Advanced Primary Care team to ensure seamless patient care! -CMA/LPN (Two positions) that will be instrumental in assisting with TCM calls, coordinating visits, closing care gaps and supporting our One Health patients. -Pharmacist (Two positions: 1 in Winston-Salem area, 1 in Charlotte area). These pharmacists will partner with our practices and providers to support patient education and outreach, medication adherence, and support for our patients! Interested in any of these? At One Health we are dedicated to providing accessible and non-judgmental care. In our conversation, we explore how detrimental judging patients can be to their healthcare experience. The importance of connecting with patients without preconceived notions or biases is what brings back the sacred patient and physician relationship. Traditional healthcare systems create barriers to access with phone trees, limited walk-in availability, and strict appointment policies that put up walls that divide the patient and provider.
