The Ohio River Valley Women's Business Council (ORV-WBC) is a regional partner organization of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) serving the states of Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Through the ORV-WBC, your business can be certified as a nationally recognized Woman Business. We are an organization for women business owners interested in promoting, developing, and maintaining business relationships with other business owners, major corporations and governmental agencies. Our charge is to certify bona fide women-owned businesses and to promote the activities directed at the development, establishment, expansion and encouragement of businesses owned by women.
