Founder, CEO @ MyWellbeing | Executive Coach, Therapist, Keynote Speaker | Mental Health Advocate | Angel Investor ✨

Incredibly honored to be named Mentor of the Year by NYU Entrepreneurial Institute. Frank Rimalovski, Rebecca Gard Silver, Jen Curtis, and Darren Yee, you've meaningfully changed my life and I know you'll change countless others. Thank you for believing in me from the very beginning - welcoming me to the Summer Launchpad Program as the first social worker and a sole female founder, you saw something in me that most didn't (and still don't). I've grown immensely as a result; for example: the haters can hate. We're going to improve the present and future of mental health in spite of others' doubt. Special thank you to Rob Fassino. You define and refine what it means to be a mentor daily and relentlessly inspire and guide me to be a better leader and an even better person. Thank you for 8 years of mentorship - I could not be more grateful for you. To the aspiring entrepreneurs: the journey is long and you do not need to do it alone. You are not stronger if you "muscle through" or "grin and bear it." You and your business will be *better* if you proactively surround yourself with the support you need. We all have voids, flaws, gaps in our knowledge and experience. What a gift to learn from and with others when we can. If you're seeking a mentor, let me know; I'm happy to help you find a good fit. If you're seeking a therapist, even better. I and the MyWellbeing team are pros at finding the best therapist fit for your unique needs. To those who have achieved, who are privileged to look back at all you've accomplished and learned: mentoring others is one of the largest gifts you can give to yourself and to others. If you want to learn more about mentoring or get involved, let me know. The team at NYU Entrepreneurial Institute is also a fantastic place to start, especially if you are an NYU alum. This is one of those moments that I may not have believed 8 years ago. Turn back the clock yourself: what is one thing you know to be true today that the you of 8 years ago would be proud of? Write it down. Remember how far you've come and create space to celebrate that.

📣 That’s a wrap on the 6th Annual NYU Female Founders Forum! 💜✨ On Feb. 21, we brought together an incredible community of founders and investors for a half-day of inspiration, networking, and game-changing insights. From engaging panels to an empowering keynote by Lia Winograd (Stern MBA ‘19), Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Pepper, this event was all about supporting and uplifting underrepresented entrepreneurs! A HUGE thank you to our amazing speakers, panelists, and attendees — you made this event truly special. See you next year! 💫 #NYUFounders #Entrepreneurship #VCs #GenderEquity #StartupSuccess
