Did you know poor sleep and caffeine intake can affect your glucose levels? Studies have shown that lack of sleep can lead to higher blood sugar levels throughout the day. Similarly, caffeine can raise your blood sugar levels, especially if you consume it in large amounts after that bad sleep night.
