We were proud to partner with the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) for a memorable debut at The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America event 🍽️ right here in our “hometown” of #Boston, MA! Held at the iconic State Room, this incredible evening brought together 25+ renowned New England chefs and 500+ food lovers, culinary influencers, and media to celebrate the region’s vibrant culinary scene. We were thrilled to showcase ASC-certified, responsibly farmed Salmon 🐟 featured in a signature dish by Chef Alex Pineda – Salmon Quenelles with Sweet Corn Arepa and Salsa Macha – while highlighting the importance of sustainable seafood sourcing 🌍 and responsible aquaculture.
