Rigging and lifting, confined space maneuvering, and working at heights. It's all covered...and in the native language of the trainees. Over 6 weeks, the crew proved the positive effects of fitness are not only revealed in physical gains, but through connection with others and shared feelings of empowerment. Congratulations on a well-earned achievement!
