Marcus & Millichap's annual Investment Forecast on Office Properties provides solid statistical data on the top 50 markets in the US, including both Raleigh and Richmond. The overall theme is that the office market is slowly rebounding, and in some markets like Richmond, continue to experience low vacancy rates and strong Class A demand.
