We were honored to host the Brockton High School Solar Club at New Leaf's Boston office last week, huge thanks to Teresa Dillon for organizing! Erin Kendrick, Carson Halabi, Blanca P., Mionna Green, Arthur G., Morris Y, Kerry Chan, and Carli Shroyer shared a day in the life of their roles in developing a solar or storage project, and their journeys to New Leaf. The students were overflowing with thoughtful questions and we were blown away by how engaged and sophisticated they were. It was an incredibly memorable and inspiring day all around - we can't wait to see what these bright young minds are going to accomplish!

  • Every one of New Leaf's offices has an employee engagement committee—including the remote team! The Oakland office's committee likes to take advantage of this opportunity to absolutely DESTROY their colleagues at pickleball. (Respectfully. And with sportsperson like behavior. Still, we hear it resulted in some truly mortifying defeats.)
