A double victory for Nevados: We just took home not one but TWO Environment+Energy Leader Awards. 🏆 Legacy technology isn’t cutting it anymore. The TRACE All Terrain Tracker® proves (again!) that the right technology changes everything. The Environment+Energy Leader Awards honor outstanding products and projects in sustainability, energy, and social responsibility. We're proud to be among the winners in this year's categories for Energy Innovation and Environmental Impact, for projects that used TRACE. Here’s what makes TRACE a multi-award-winning technology in solar (and the best fit for your next project): ➡️ Installation Efficiency: Fastest installation time in the industry — 38% quicker than three top competitors, based on an Eclipse-M study. ➡️ Zero grading: No need for harmful topsoil grading. The patent protected TRACE architecture features articulation and consistent foundation reveal heights to make terrain following seamless. ➡️ 100% domestic content available: The U.S. version is built in small-town East Texas with our partner [tag] Priefert. No tariffs, no supply chain headaches — just more American energy, made with American equipment. TRACE provides developers with the best solution for solar on challenging terrain. On a 170 MWdc project in Bartonsville, Virginia, TRACE saved $2.5 million in grading and another $2.5 million on steel, thanks to our articulating couplers that allow for all pilings to be the same height. The Bartonsville project won a gold medal from the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality for protecting the local watershed from runoff. As Yezin Taha said, “Our technology opens up sites that would have been too expensive, too slow, or too environmentally risky to build just a few years ago. This recognition validates what we hear every day from developers — TRACE helps them move faster and cut costs while reducing their footprint.” 👏 You’ll be seeing our growing collection of awards on our booth this May at CLEANPOWER 2025 in Las Vegas. Congratulations to the Nevados team for this achievement. Onward and upward! #Solar #NoGrading #Sustainability #SaveOurSoil #TheWorldIsNotFlat

Big news: Nevados was just named one of TIME’s Top 250 GreenTech Companies of 2025! 🎉 We were chosen from over 4,300 companies that applied. This serves as a testament to Nevados’ real-world impact. Standing alongside these green tech leaders, we're proving sustainability and profitability go hand in hand. TIME and Statista evaluated companies based on three main factors: ✅ Positive environmental impact. Our TRACE All Terrain Tracker® entirely eliminates the need for destructive topsoil grading, even on land with slopes of up to 37%. That means no loose soil, no stormwater runoff polluting local waterways. ✅ Financial strength. Nevados is growing fast. With fewer flat, easy sites left, the industry needs faster, smarter ways to build solar on tough terrain. Developers are choosing solutions that cut installation time, reduce costs, and make challenging terrain viable without harming the land. ✅ Innovation. TRACE features patented articulating couplers, "bay design” torque tubes, and advanced software that allows solar developers to accurately estimate and maximize energy yields on challenging terrain. We don’t just talk about sustainability. We build it into every tracker! Thank you to TIME and Statista for this honor and congratulations to the fellow changemakers on the list. 👏 #GreenTech #Sustainability #Solar #TRACE #NoGrading #TheWorldIsNotFlat

Are you ready to build solar faster?
We often get asked - What makes the TRACE Tracker by Nevados so fast to install? One reason? The modules organically self-align onto the clips and torque tubes during mounting—no extra adjustments needed. Watch as these First Solar Series 6 modules go up in no time. We’ve also been fine-tuning a lean install program to squeeze out even more labor savings. Stay tuned for more. #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoGrading

What if you could build a 100 MW solar site… 38% faster? No grading. No bottlenecks. No wasted labor. That’s exactly what a third-party analysis from Eclipse-M found when studying our TRACE All Terrain Tracker®. Compared to traditional trackers, TRACE installs 38% faster — saving on labor costs and accelerating time to revenue. This technology is the true mountain climber of the solar industry. ⛰️ How’s that possible? Here’s the inside scoop: ✅ Pre-assembled components: Our 1-piece coupler assembly and pre-assembled top-down clamps cut down labor and installation time. ✅ Auto-alignment design: Our coupler and post connection auto-align on any terrain — eliminating delays. ✅ Single-worker install: Key parts like the coupler assembly, drive system, and module installation can be done by a single worker — reducing crew size and costs. The result? Eclipse-M called TRACE an “impressively simple and productive system to install.” And there's more: They said TRACE is the first tracker system they've studied where achieving less than 100 labor hours/MW is possible. So the real question is — why keep settling for slower, costlier tracker installations? If finishing faster, lowering labor costs, and accelerating time-to-revenue sounds like an edge you want, it’s time to think differently about tracker design. Learn more about the Eclipse-M study and why TRACE leads in constructability. Link below👇 #NoGrading #TheWorldIsNotFlat #TRACE #SaveOurSoil

Our solar trackers were hit by wind gusts of over 90 MPH with no damage. 💨 Destructive weather events are becoming more and more frequent. Renewable energy systems need to be able to handle them. When Hurricane Ida hit the state of Louisiana in 2021, the storm caused massive damage to the state’s energy infrastructure. But when Entergy's Iris solar plant, which uses our tracker technology, took a direct hit — it handled it successfully with no damage. The TRACE All Terrain TrackerⓇ features a rigid design with built-in friction dampers at every foundation and it's 50% faster to wind stow than industry standard. That means stability and resilience to wind and hail, while staying sturdy on hilly terrain. 🎵 The benefits don’t stop there. As Jenya Meydbray recounts, we designed our trackers from the ground up with adaptive joints that follow the landscape and eliminate grading. That means the topsoil can be kept in place to grow lush fields of grass and maintain soil health, which helps avoid runoff during and after construction — and during a hurricane. #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoGrading #TRACE #SaveOurSoil

Securing Made-in-the-USA domestic content incentives can be tricky — especially with gaps in the U.S. solar supply chain. But developers don’t have to leave money on the table. With the right American-made components, projects can secure a 10% tax credit adder on top of the 30% base investment tax credit. To receive the bonus, all manufacturing processes for steel and iron components must take place in the United States and 45% of the cost of manufactured products used in the solar array must come from domestic content. Tracking systems can account for up to 24.7% toward this threshold, so choosing a domestically-produced product gets you more than halfway on its own! We’re proud to say that we’re now shipping trackers that meet both the safe harbor and direct cost requirements for 100% domestic content. 🥁🎉 These bonus tax credits for domestic content have helped create more solar manufacturing jobs in small-town America. Priefert, a third-generation family company known as “America’s #1 Name in Ranch & Rodeo,” manufactures many of our tracker components at their factory in Mount Pleasant, Texas, two-and-a-half hours east of Dallas. They’re adding new jobs and manufacturing lines to scale up with our rapidly-growing demand. In addition to helping to satisfy the tax credit requirements, domestic supply chains can be both more robust and more efficient, reducing shipping times and the associated carbon emissions from imported products while eliminating risks of delay in U.S. Customs. Developers, what other challenges are you facing as you work to qualify your projects for this adder? #TheWorldIsNotFlat #NoGrading #DomesticContent #MadeInTheUSA #InflationReductionAct

The biggest myth in utility-scale solar? That legacy trackers are the best choice for flat sites. For years, developers and EPCs have defaulted to the same tracker brands — assuming they’re the easiest, fastest, and most cost-effective option. But Ardagh Glass just built a solar plant on a perfectly flat, square site… and they didn’t choose a legacy tracker. They picked Nevados TRACE All-Terrain Trackers®. Not for the terrain. For the speed. 🔧 Here’s why: ✔️ 38% faster installation compared to traditional tracker designs ✔️ No long, rigid torque tubes to maneuver — our short, flexible sections are easier to install ✔️ Smaller crew, lower labor costs, and fewer delays Developers and EPCs — we get it. You stick with what you know because it works. But if switching to Nevados means finishing projects faster, cutting costs, and delivering solar plants on time — why wouldn’t you? If the fastest, most efficient option isn’t what you’re using today… is it time to rethink? Let’s discuss. ⬇️ 📸 by Ardagh Group #Solar #UtilityScaleSolar #TheWorldIsNotFlat
