I am proud of the entire FTC Solar, Inc for the progress we've made over the past year. Releasing a new product in solar requires knowledge and execution that few get to experience and the FTC 1P Pioneer tracker has started the path to great things for the company. As we head into 2025, I am pleased to report continued momentum at FTC Solar with our earnings results today. Along with favorable numbers relative to our targets, we announced several new wins and highlights, including: - A five-year, 5-gigawatt supply arrangement with a top developer (U.S,, Europe & Australia) - A 333-megawatt project award from a sub of multinational energy leader (Australia) - A 280-megawatt award from top 5 EPC (U.S.)  - Strengthening our team including the addition of Kent James as U.S. CCO - Doubled bidding run-rate vs. early 2024 - Additional cash to the balance sheet in Q1 and Q2 - 100% domestic content capability from Q3   Our team is getting stronger and everyday we're adding new partners to our ecosystem that find a smarter tracker that is easier, faster and safer to install.

He believes curiosity, humility, and adaptability are essential for professional success and approaches problem-solving with structure and thoughtful planning. Outside of work, Aly stays active through hiking and various sports, enjoys live and recorded music, and loves exploring great food.
