DSPs are the backbone of PA Inclusive, providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. Their dedication helps build a more inclusive and supportive community for all. Frank and Ellie Bartoli recently spoke with Fox56 News about the importance of fair wages and inclusivity. Ellie, a board member and advocate, is passionate about showing others with IDD that they too can live full, empowered lives. We hope to inspire other businesses to follow our lead and create an inclusive workforce. Here at PA Inclusive, we are committed to changing the narrative around employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). While there is talk of phasing out the subminimum wage, it is not yet mandated. That is why we launched Coffee Inclusive, where we ensure our employees with IDD earn at least minimum wage or higher in an inclusive and supportive environment.
