🤯 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟱 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀! Intergenerational workplace dynamics and relationships can be difficult. Different generations have unique work styles, communication styles, management styles, and even expectations of their employer. In this video, we we asked Baby Boomers and Gen Zers back-to-back to have a blind conversation about their views of the modern workplace.
