We're honored to have been selected as MyUSA Credit Union's April recipient of their charitable giving initiative! Every month, team members have the opportunity to direct their personal funds towards a nonprofit of their choice. In recognition of what Meals on Wheels does for their clients, they chose us as this month's recipient. Thank you to the team at MyUSA Credit Union for this gift—together, we can deliver for our community's seniors.
On October 14th, MyUSA Credit Union held an all staff meeting that wrapped up with a volunteer activity. As an organization, we worked together to make 347 hygiene bags that were donated to FLOC FOR LOVE OF CHILDREN FLOC (For Love of Children - Dayton) to benefit the amazing young people that they serve. "This was an AMAZING donation!!! And so incredible in timing- we were just running out of hygiene supplies! We give these out to kids coming into our Boutique, kids going into care, and kids coming back into their family homes. You are giving these kids the hope and knowledge, hand in hand, that someone cares. We are so grateful!!!" Beth Mann, President of the Board. This is just one wonderful example of MyUSA Credit Union living up to its Vision of serving as a leader for positive change and utilizing a Federal Holiday to give back to the community.
This month's Casual for a Cause donation recipient, Pink Ribbon Good Cincinnati Region, was chosen by our Plaza Team. We're proud to support local organizations like this one! Each month MyUSA Credit Union employees select a cause to support with their casual dress donations.
