Robotics Warfare Specialists: The future of naval operations ⚓ As Master Chief Rambert alluded to, Robotics Warfare (RW) Sailors are the tactical edge shaping the future of naval warfare. RW3 White, along with fellow PACT Sailors, successfully struck for the RW Specialist rating and completed an intensive six-week training at Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Academy. This program challenged them to master the assembly, operation, maintenance, and mission planning of advanced robotic platforms. A modern approach to Sailor readiness 💪 The Navy is committed to providing innovative resources to help Sailors meet fitness standards and maintain operational readiness. As part of this effort, a new pilot program with Noom is now available to support Sailors who did not meet BCA standards in 2024. -Why it matters: This modern, data-driven resource focuses on creating sustainable healthy habits, aligning with the Navy’s commitment to readiness and resilience. -Who’s eligible? Active Component (AC) Sailors outside BCA standards in 2024. -When is it available? Feb 1, 2025, through Jan 31, 2026.
