mPATH Health is incredibly honored to be chosen as a finalist for the HLTH Foundation #techquity case study competition. We are excited to meet others working hard to improve health equity at #ViVEvent!
We close out our 2025 #techquity award finalist spotlight series with mPATH Health – a standout finalist taking on one of healthcare's most pressing challenges – the fight against cancer disparities. Having already proved their approach in colorectal cancer, the mPath team next took on lung cancer, demonstrating significant increases in screening rates–and most dramatically, among people who had never been screened before. By combining automated outreach with behavioral science and cultural sensitivity through their innovative program, mPATH meets patients where they are, and is offered in both English and Spanish. For those in Black, Hispanic/LatinX, and lower-income communities who have long faced disparities in cancer screening and outcomes, mPATH represents a pathway to earlier detection and a better chance for survival. We celebrate the mPATH team for their exceptional work and look forward to honoring all finalists at the #techquity awards Monday, February 17, 5-6 pm on the Jazz Stage at #ViVEvent.
