The Communities Taking Charge Accelerator grants were just announced and Lime is thrilled to have been selected on two projects, with total funding of $3.9M! The first project was led by Portland Bureau of Transportation and included partners it's electric, Forth, Portland State University, and Zipcar. This funding will support the development of e-mobility hubs for charging personal and shared EVs, as well as shared scooters and bikes. The second project was led by Mitra EV, in partnership with several Clean Cities coalitions in California, Colorado, and Georgia. This project will focus on improving the availability of EV charging stations across communities, helping Lime further decarbonize its operations. The Lime team is honored to be selected and excited to get underway!
