Join us in celebrating the birthday of our founder, Milo Carlton! Back in 1946, Milo envisioned his walk up hamburger restaurant in North Birmingham, Alabama well before modern day "fast food" hit the scene. Today, we still honor his philosophy of using high quality, real ingredients, listening to our customers, and never sacrificing taste. Let's raise a delicious glass to Milo. Cheers! #DrinkMilos

Event Branding/Marketing to impact your company’s culture…Milo's Tea Company, Inc. understood the assignment! At Ross Bridge, we have the privilege of partnering with our clients to “Create unforgettable moments of gracious hospitality that forge human connections to change the world.” What’s beyond awesome is when a client desires to do the same thing in their own organization… enter #MilosMoments! At our pre-conference meeting earlier this week, I got to share how my college roommate and I loved their tea so much we would make runs to #Brimingham to “bootleg” Milo’s Sweet Tea back to our fraternity house in North Alabama. That was over twenty years ago—and now you can find Milo’s Tea all over the country! My friends at Milo’s celebrated this story as a #MilosMoment—one story among many from their raving fans who are so in love with their product and service that it becomes a crucial component to their gatherings with family and friends, giving them a great story to tell. Tricia Wallwork and her team definitely have a wonderful story to tell! A 79 year old start-up that stays on the cutting edge of business while nurturing their people and thus, their culture! Recognized in 2024 by Newsweek as one of “America’s Most Beloved Workplaces” they aren’t slowing down, but continue to invest in their team! This week, they're putting their love on display by partnering with us to gather their associates together to celebrate all they’ve accomplished and to cast a vision for what they can achieve together as they move forward. They have branded every part of Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa! The level of detail and care that Tahara Evans and her event team have put into this event is truly remarkable. They’ve made sure their people feel seen, loved, welcomed, and appreciated. Well done and thank you for trusting us to serve you all! You can talk about culture, values, and service all you want, but when you get to see it played out, when you experience it—well, it impacts you on another level. It becomes a series of “unforgettable moments” and it’s worthy of a “sweet” story! #EventBranding #CompanyCulture #Hospitality #MilosTea #RossBridge #Gratitude #TeamAppreciation #Inspiration

The word is out about our commitment to human safety and product quality - with no reportable incidents at our Bessemer facility for 718 days (and counting!) and only one incident in all of 2024 across all four of our facilities. In fact, Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries (ADAI) Deputy Commissioner Tami Allen and Alabama Grocers Association President and CEO Ellie Taylor visited the Bessemer Facility this week to discuss our shared values in manufacturing quality and safety, and how Milo's consistently delivers excellence and deliciousness.
