Did you know? ➡️ Every senior who receives home-delivered meals from us also receives milk, bread and a weekly snack box based on their dietary preference or health needs. Rajani Menon, a member of our Board of Directors, recently volunteered at our production facility and shows what items make up a therapeutic-diet snack box in this video! The majority of our snack boxes are assembled by volunteers—a remarkable community that now includes nearly 4,700 individuals, corporate teams, families and community organizations 💚💙🩵 Learn more about how you can make an impact on the life of a senior by volunteering: https://lnkd.in/gd_aquBp #VolunteerAppreciationMonth #TogetherWeCanDeliver

Together, we can deliver.
About us
For seniors in need, we are companionship, a friendly visit, a well-check, and a nutritious meal. For caregivers, we are peace of mind when they can't be there to help a loved one themselves. For organizations in our community who serve seniors, we are a trusted partner. We are so much more than a meal.

We're honored to have been selected as MyUSA Credit Union's April recipient of their charitable giving initiative! Every month, team members have the opportunity to direct their personal funds towards a nonprofit of their choice. In recognition of what Meals on Wheels does for their clients, they chose us as this month's recipient. Thank you to the team at MyUSA Credit Union for this gift—together, we can deliver for our community's seniors.

We could not drive our mission without our incredible community of volunteers. Last year, 4,682 individuals invested their time for seniors by packaging snack boxes, packaging pet food, visiting senior centers, creating birthday bags and delivering meals to our clients. THANK YOU to everyone who gives their time to our organization's services! See how you and your team can make an impact on the lives of seniors: https://lnkd.in/gd_aquBp #VolunteerAppreciationMonth

Congrats to our March associate of the month, Grant Torok! 🎉 Grant is our home-delivered meals dispatcher who works to ensure our seniors' meals are well on their way without interruption. Both figuratively and literally, Grant is always on the move in our main office, and he's recognized by his team for stepping up over the past month while his manager was out on leave. He communicated across departments and coordinated vehicle availability with the fleet department, all while maintaining his day-to-day duties as dispatcher. Let's give Grant a round of applause for his hard work and dedication to our mission! 🚗🚗🚗

⚾ Enjoy a glimpse of the Opening Day party our OTR Senior Center threw yesterday! The center is located across from Findlay Market on Race St., so our seniors always have prime seating for the parade. Before that, they enjoyed breakfast, ballpark bites for lunch, games, music, dancing, raffle prizes and even an impromptu performance by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Pipe & Drum Corps. #RedsOpeningDay
