Celebrating Women’s History Month with Fern Mallis:    To celebrate Women’s History Month, we were honored to partner with EllesVMH to host a fireside chat with the “Godmother of Fashion,” Fern Mallis. Hosted by Ava Farshidi, Senior Director of Legal for Marc Jacobs, and Chief of Staff for EllesVMH, the conversation featured Marc Jacobs' Chief Marketing Officer, Kristin Patrick, and Fern Mallis. They shared insights on Fern’s legendary career in the fashion industry, the importance of mentorship, and inspiring leadership.   As the creator of New York Fashion Week and a trailblazer in the fashion industry, Fern’s impact spans decades. With her experience leading the CFDA and IMG Fashion, as well as her work through her international consulting firm, Fern continues to inspire the next generation of leaders.    We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from Fern Mallis and are proud to celebrate the power of mentorship and inclusivity.

Executive Committee (EXCO) Luncheon Series This month, we kicked off the Executive Committee luncheon series with a lunch hosted by Meena Subramoni Swihart and the Human Resources Team. The theme was a celebration of Indian culture, honoring Holi and welcoming Spring. The luncheon featured authentic Indian dishes catered by Desi Galli, a minority and woman owned business chosen in recognition of Women’s History Month. Our employees came together to enjoy delicious cuisine, vibrant art, festive décor, and even a henna artist! We look forward to continuing our year-long culinary adventure with our teams!
