We’re excited to be wrapping up our latest project on Lane Avenue near OSU’s campus! The new Rambler Columbus apartments feature four large rooftop courtyards, plus an outdoor patio and kitchen space for students to enjoy. It took a lot of manpower—and even some cranes—to get materials in place 🏗️, but we’re almost there. Just a few trees and pavers to go 🌳🧱! Construction is underway at 313 College Avenue at Texas A&M. This student housing project by LV Collective will have 953 beds, 316 units spread over 7 stories, and an 8-story parking garage. As part of the larger Legacy Point master plan, the total development will offer nearly 3,000 new beds and over 50,000 square feet of mixed-use space.
