Shout out to one of my amazing teams at Western Blvd. Taco Bell. This team rocked this past weekend during the Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina and achieved a total of $43,641.50 in sales for 3 days and $85,000 for the total week! A busy week for sure but they crushed it. We received a visit today and recognition from our COO and Ops Team to celebrate! Phenomenal job Team Western Blvd Taco Bell! 🥳

What happens when CORE shops at 9:15pm? No RGM IN THE BUILDING? Full transition to closers in the middle of the audit? 5 Stars baby! So proud of my team! My AGM insisted she had it and wanted to prove her self and it was hard to step back and not go in and they did exceptionally! My assistant rocked it, my team showed up like the All-stars the are. Was it stress free? Absolutely not lol. Our goal this year is stress free audits. Every person new and old feeling confident and ready! Shout out to the team that got the perfect food shop and the second team that learned from the food observations. Today we talked about KPI's as we aim for simplicity in ☆ 2025☆ Dug into Balance Scorecards, PNL's and prior week opportunities they even made their 2025 budgets 📈 We have a Big 4 Focus that will always remain a Constant for our area. ⭐️👩🍳🌯🚘 Supreme, labor, icos, and speed So.... We did a thing. A cube has 6 sides which leaves 2 additional sides for 2 specific focuses for each Gm and their teams. □☆□☆□☆ What better way to recognize progress with our KPI's and let our Gms creative sides come out. Credit to Alexander Whedbee, MBA for a brilliant idea 💡 I think I had way to good of a time watching my team become closer to each other and see them having fun while bringing their focus to Cube Life. Over the last few weeks, the Taco Bell Exec Team and I visited restaurants around the world. From the U.S. with franchisees Jody Luihn, Nick Peters and team to our corporate restaurants in the UK… I was truly impressed by the leadership in action. I want to give some shout-outs: · In the U.S., RGMs Delena H. and Ali A. are running high-volume restaurants with exceptional results – all while building a culture that puts people first. We also had roundtable discussion to understand what matters most and how we can remove barriers so they can focus on what they do best – creating meaningful moments and serving great food seamlessly. · In the UK, we sat down with the Taco Bell ONEUROPE (UK & Europe) leadership team to discuss the incredible momentum that just doesn’t seem to stop! From opening new restaurants to launching creative campaigns, I’m excited to see what this team does next.   This is just the beginning – we’ll continue to drive this strong momentum throughout 2025 and beyond. Days 18033 & 18038 of #mytacolife. What’s the best part of being a DO? Being invited to 5 STAR Champions breakfast! A good week in South Florida led to 7 GMs in 4 areas with 5 STAR CORE audits and breakfast last Thursday. And a terrific late night CORE in Groveland led to me being invited to breakfast with GM Evan in Lakeland with his MC and AC on Tuesday! I am privileged to celebrate with these guys and hear their ideas on how to drive transactions and make #lvepartnersllc a terrific place to be!! Thanks Team Florida!
