Today we talked about KPI's as we aim for simplicity in ☆ 2025☆ Dug into Balance Scorecards, PNL's and prior week opportunities they even made their 2025 budgets 📈 We have a Big 4 Focus that will always remain a Constant for our area. ⭐️👩🍳🌯🚘 Supreme, labor, icos, and speed So.... We did a thing. A cube has 6 sides which leaves 2 additional sides for 2 specific focuses for each Gm and their teams. □☆□☆□☆ What better way to recognize progress with our KPI's and let our Gms creative sides come out.
