LSINC in Washington, DC: Advocating for U.S. #ManufacturingAndInnovation Our LSINC team had a productive time in Washington DC, attending the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States of the United States (DISCUS) Conference and taking our advocacy to Capitol Hill. As a woman-owned business, we are committed to strengthening U.S. manufacturing and expanding our capabilities in both #CommercialAndDefense sectors. We enjoyed these key discussions: -Expanding #MachineManufacturing to support large government #Prototyping needs -Bringing international partners to the U.S. who currently build large-format printers abroad due to the lack of a domestic partner -Addressing #Tariffs that impact our ability to compete globally -Protecting U.S. manufacturing from competitors attempting to acquire American businesses while offshoring their production A huge thank you to Dale Strong, Senator Tommy Tuberville’s office, and #SenatorKatieBritt for taking the time to hear our concerns. Their support is invaluable as we work to build a stronger national and international footprint for LSINC, ensuring cutting-edge manufacturing innovation. www.LSINC.com #LSINC #WomenOwnedBusiness #USManufacturing #DefenseInnovation #DISCUSConference #CapitolHill #Huntsville #IndustrialPrinting #EconomicGrowth

Why Mentorship and Workforce Development Matter - LSINC Founder & CEO, Alicia Ryan The best ideas, the most groundbreaking advancements, and the solutions that truly change industries come from minds that are nurtured, challenged, and given the opportunity to lead. That’s why I’ve made it a personal mission to ensure the next generation of innovators is not only educated and trained but empowered to make an impact from day one. At LSINC, we don’t just build solutions; we build people. Whether it’s high school interns from the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE), college interns looking for hands-on experience, or early-career professionals entering straight into the workforce, I believe in creating an environment where learning and leadership go hand in hand. Too often, we tell young professionals they need years of experience before their voices matter. I reject that idea completely. Some of the best innovations come from those who haven’t been told what can’t be done. At LSINC, we invite fresh perspectives into the conversation. We ask interns what they think. We encourage our youngest employees to challenge assumptions. We give them real projects, real responsibilities, and real opportunities to contribute. And I have seen firsthand how powerful that can be. Working with high school and college interns has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. These students are brilliant, driven, and eager to learn. But more than that, they want to build something, they want to solve problems, work alongside professionals, and apply their knowledge in meaningful ways. We don’t just give them busy work. We give them a seat at the table. Not every great mind takes the traditional college path. Some of the most innovative thinkers are those who go straight into the workforce, eager to roll up their sleeves and get to work. I believe we have a responsibility to ensure they are just as valued and heard as those with advanced degrees. We don’t measure potential by diplomas alone. We measure it by passion, drive, and the willingness to learn. We invest in on-the-job training, mentorship, and professional development so that every person has the opportunity to grow into a leader. If we want to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we must invest in the people who will shape the future. That’s why this work is personal to me. Because the best way to ensure a legacy of innovation is to build it into the people who will carry it forward. www.LSINC.com #IdeasToReality ALABAMA DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE AlabamaWorks!
