Big congratulations to Kylie Bolandis, EI, on earning her Engineer Intern (EI) Certification! 🎉 Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam is a major step toward becoming a Professional Engineer (PE), and Kylie has achieved this milestone with dedication and hard work. She passed the FE Exam in November 2024 and officially became an EI, marking a key moment in her career. "A lot of employers see it as a sign of commitment to the field, and it puts me on track to eventually become a PE, which would open even more opportunities down the road. It’s proof that all the hard work I put into school paid off, and it gets me one step closer to my long-term career goals." Congratulations to Brett Koziczkowski on earning his Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification! 🎉The CAPM certification, issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI), marks Brett’s first step into the field of Project Management. Brett originally joined DFW to coordinate communications at an executive level, working closely with leadership. Just three months in, he was encouraged to pursue the CAPM, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Project Manager. After earning his certification in December 2024, Brett officially transitioned into a PM role in January 2025. Now, he’s leading the Material Testing Lab (MTL) project, which will be DFW’s first 3D-printed building and is set to achieve LEED Gold certification!
