Get to know Michael more 👇 What led you to your career path? “I have always had an interest in road construction and layout. As a child, I would take scrap paper my dad would bring home and draw intersections and developments around them. It has always been an interest. I always say, “Orange barrels are my friends,” because after all, without them, people like me do not have any work.” #WhyWednesday What is your all-time favorite TV show or movie? “Hmmm. TV show: probably Rockford Files. Movie: Breaking Away.” This or that: Intersection, roundabout, or a different kind of intersection? “As transportation engineers, we have to use all the tools in the toolshed to create safer environments for travelers. Sometimes that includes thinking out of the box for the right solution with the funding available.” #newhire #welcome #welcometotheteam #newemployee #civilengineering #highwaydesign #roadwaydesign #seniorengineer #Ohio #Indiana #programmanagement #technicallead #teamlead #mentor #roadconstruction
