Massive funding. Minimal trust. Despite billions allocated to small business programs, the reality is clear: most entrepreneurs don’t know where to turn for support. Programs aren’t resonating. Resources aren’t reaching the right people. At Rebuilding Trust, we’re bringing together policymakers, funders, and economic leaders to address this critical gap and create real, lasting change. 💡 What’s at stake? The impact of small business investments. 💡 Why show up? To ensure support programs actually serve their purpose. 💡 What happens if we don’t act? Trust continues to erode. Resources go. underutilized. The cycle repeats. 📅 April 10th, 9am - 12pm 📍 ELAC 🔗 RSVP Now: https://lnkd.in/g2d3bF7n Be part of the movement. Let’s rebuild trust, one entrepreneur at a time. #RebuildingTrust #TrustStartsHere #EquityInAction #GrowwithLEEAF

This summer was very productive. I successfully completed Economic Mobility Initiative x LEEAF.LA first cohort of their Entrepreneurial Academy. My focus was marketing with Chris Lam and finance with Sebastian. The instructors were engaging and I also learned from the other entrepreneurs in the classes. My growth facilitator, Ana, kept me accountable and guided me to the proper classes I needed to help reach my growth goals. I highly recommend this program to small business in LA County. Thank you to The Fern for hosting in your serene event space. #entrepreneur #womanownedbusiness #smallbusinessowner

At LEEAF, we believe that real impact comes from strong partnerships. We have discovered that 63% of employers say recent college graduates frequently can’t handle their workload (Intelligent 2023) and over 50% of first-gen students lack access to high-level workforce experiences during college (Cruz Paul 2023). That’s why we’ve been leading campus-wide initiatives at Cal State LA, transforming workforce development to better connect first-gen students with local economies. Our Fellowship program provides on-the-job training, making our students career-ready upon graduation and strengthens their passion for economic justice making them ready to shake-up traditional work norms 🌟 Bring career readiness to your campus by heading over to our link ( https://lnkd.in/g7ecyf_K ) and partnering with us!
