Los Angeles Women Police Officers & Associates (LAWPOA) hosted their Leadership and Mentoring Course yesterday, graduating 32 students from various divisions in the LAPD to be an effective mentor to others. Regarding promotions, all the research indicates that Mentorship Matters. Thank you for a powerful instructor cadre of leaders to include Julie Rodriguez Amira Saleh Eppolito Lillian L. Carranza and Celina Robles who have served as empowering mentors themselves.
