While 80-85% of our work is construction management, we selectively bid on projects where we can bring exceptional value. Last week, after a competitive bidding process (where several contractors had been prequalified), Landry/French was awarded the contract for a historic project—the new $128 million Windham-Raymond Middle School, which will be the largest school ever built in Maine. At 260,000 SF, this state-of-the-art facility will set a new standard for education in Maine, featuring: ✅ Two community centers (former middle schools) ✅ A 600-seat auditorium ✅ Multiple meeting and presentation areas ✅ Two gymnasiums & an indoor elevated track Expected to open in Fall 2027, this project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, high-value construction—whether through construction management or competitive bidding.
