We recently were able to celebrate the groundbreaking of this project with CBRE, Citizens, Trammell Crow Company, and High Street Residential. More than just parking, the project includes a scenic pedestrian boardwalk, gazebo, and outdoor lounge area, offering a welcoming retreat for visitors. Final inspections are complete, and the punch list is nearly wrapped up for the Lincoln International project. This 4,000 SF partial floor tenant improvement on the 10th floor included selective demolition and a full build-out, featuring architectural upgrades and MEPFP systems. A successful project is made possible by strong collaboration.
