What started with SAP evolved into a full-blown Workday adventure—growing from Core HCM and Security to leading projects in Post-Production and AMS. Her passion for Workday has only grown stronger, expanding into areas like People Experience, Absence, and Time Tracking. Outside of work, Neha is a proud mom to her energetic 3-year-old daughter—and their favorite bonding activities include dancing and swimming! When she’s not in “mom mode,” you can find her hitting the gym or experimenting in the kitchen as a true Indore-born foodie. Fun fact: Neha always dreamed of being a consultant because she knew she was a natural problem solver. We’re excited to welcome Ritik to the Kognitiv team! After earning his IT degree in 2022, Ritik started his career as a Trainee Associate, where he discovered his passion for Workday. Since then, he’s been on an incredible journey—expanding his skills, tackling new challenges, and deepening his expertise. Now, as he joins Kognitiv, he’s looking forward to another exciting chapter! Outside of work, Ritik is all about sports and fitness. Whether it’s Carrom, Cricket, Hockey, Football, Chess, Badminton, Archery, Kabaddi, or Table Tennis, you name it—he plays it!
