The Independent School District 196 team has been hard at work on this K12 project - check out the progress from a bird's-eye view! This is an excellent perspective on how much work is put in before building begins 🏗️ ⭐ The mass grading on site moved 100,000 cubic yards of soil and counting - that's enough to fill 30+ Olympic-sized swimming pools ⭐ The 40-foot berm that was demolished was as tall as a four-story building

Knutson was selected for St. Paul Public Schools’ Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion School Addition & Renovation project, Knutson’s first project for St. Paul Public Schools. The 14-month project, starting in mid-2022, includes a cafeteria and classroom addition, as well as upgrades to the mechanical systems, cafeteria/theater, kitchen, gym, and loading dock. 🚨 Milestone Alert 🚨 The foundation at the Mayo Clinic Health System New Prague Oncology Clinic is complete! Structural steel erection has begun on site and is expected to continue for the next few weeks. While that work is being done outside the building, demo and abatement will be happening inside, keeping the timeline on track with cold weather delays Midwestern construction knows all too well 🥶

The ongoing geothermal work at the new Independent School District 196 elementary school involves drilling 440 wells, each 150 feet deep. If you stacked all the wells end to end, they would stretch 12.5 miles—about the same distance as over 200 football fields lined up back-to-back!
