  • We take pride in providing our community with safe, reliable utilities every day. Part of our commitment to our customers involves educating them on how to stay safe around our utilities, such as our natural gas system. Now we want to hear from you! Do you know what to do if you smell natural gas? What about who to call before you dig in your yard? You can test your knowledge by filling out our Natural Gas Awareness survey on kub.org/gas.

  • You have questions about KUB Fiber, and we have answers! Q: Do I need to purchase a new modem or router? A: You do not need a modem to receive our fiber internet services. We will provide a RJ45 Ethernet connection. However, you have options when it comes to wireless routers. You can provide your own router; we recommend a WiFi 6 router. KUB also offers Smart Gig Managed WiFi service for an additional $15 per month. This includes a compatible wireless router, the HomePass app, and additional technical support.
