An educational collaboration with Maryville, Tenn. school Clayton-Bradley Academy demonstrates that Clayton’s commitment to "Do good" through community outreach extends to the next generation.   “Designing with the Pros” is a semester-long class, now in its fourth year, that gives sophomore through senior high school students an opportunity to explore multiple aspects of home design and construction. Clayton is pleased to announce that Charlie Hemphill, a team member for 46 years, has been inducted into the RV/MH Hall of Fame, located in Elkhart, Ind.   The RV/MH Heritage Foundation, which operates the Hall of Fame, seeks to honor those who have made significant contributions to the recreational vehicle and manufactured homes industry. In a reflection of Clayton’s value to "Do good," six East Tennessee Clayton Home Building Group® home building facilities in partnership with the Clayton Foundation presented the Morristown Regional Cancer Center with a $67,344 check for their Patient Assistance Fund. The fund provides patients undergoing treatment and their families financial assistance for expenses such as gas, utility bills and prescriptions.   Read to learn how Clayton team members raised funds to support their local community.

We’re excited to share that Clayton has donated its 18th home to Family Promise of Greater Chattanooga as part of our long-term partnership, A Future Begins at Home. This innovative program has helped secure over $12 million in additional funding, preventing homelessness for more than 28,000 families nationwide. Through grants and annual home donations, our partnership is committed to reducing family homelessness and providing families with the stability they need to thrive. We're proud of the work that Family Promise, Inc is doing to help individuals and families achieve independence by offering safety and security. Together, we’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of families in need.

We’re thrilled to partner with the Arbor Day Foundation on this exciting reforestation initiative to restore vital ecosystems and foster a long-term, sustainable impact, including its first planting in the New River Gorge Regional Development Authority National Park and Preserve. Clayton and Family Promise, Inc partnered together to donate a new home to the Family Promise of York County in Rock Hill, S.C. earlier this month. This donation is part of a national partnership between Clayton and Family Promise called A Future Begins at Home, which is targeted at supporting families at risk of experiencing homelessness through grants and annual home donations. This home will become part of the nonprofit's transitional housing program, providing a safe haven for many families in the community over the years to come who are working to achieve stability and independence.
