Ulysses Development Group (UDG) is excited to announce the successful closing of Harvest Hill. Located in Broomfield, Colorado, Harvest Hill is UDG’s second new construction closing in Colorado. This community will include 152 homes, composed of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes, for families and individuals who earn between 30% and 70% of the area median income (AMI). Construction will kick off immediately and is expected to be completed in Spring 2027.  Harvest Hill has several planned amenities to enhance the lives of future residents, including a pocket park, an outdoor grill area, a fitness center, an event and craft room, and on-site leasing offices. In addition to the community amenities, the units will include many in-unit amenities, including Energy-Star rated appliances, hard stone countertops, and in-unit washers and dryers. Harvest Hill is made possible thanks to the dedication and hard work of our mission-driven partners. Things are moving along at Wadsworth Junction! 🚧 Transformers are set at Buildings 1 & 2, and underground utility work is progressing. The clubhouse is prepped for framing, now set to begin on 4/7. Concrete pours at Building 1’s podium slab are nearly done, and CMU work is progressing at Building 3’s elevator and stair cores. This four-story community will feature covered parking, bike storage, and murals highlighting Colorado’s transportation history.
