I’m on a mission to work smarter, not harder— here’s how I’m using AI every day to help me get there: (plus a few areas I’m still exploring) 1/ Email: I switched from Superhuman to Shortwave | We're Hiring! and haven’t looked back–its AI powered-search and assistant are *chef’s kiss.* 2/ ChatGPT + Claude AI: I bounce between both, depending on the need. Recent tasks I’ve used them for: –Editing this LinkedIn post ;) –Building a performance review framework –Designing interview processes –Brainstorming an outline for a De Soi deck –Thought starters for PR responses –“How-to” guides for setting up project boards in Monday.com –Reviewing benefit plans –Tagging consumer feedback in surveys to quantify responses & generating insights –Creating my meal plan & grocery list for the week :) 3/ Finance + ops: We use Promoted TPM (MarginWiz) for handling KeHE & UNFI deductions–it’s a lifesaver. 4/ Marketing: Chatgpt all day long for ideation.. still haven't been able succeed with image generation 😬 5/ AI note-taking: Gemini on select meetings Things we’re still figuring out… 6/ CRM: I use Attio to manage my investor CRM, and it’s good–but I want to extend it to track key partners, freelancers, and operators. I’m still figuring out the best way to bulk upload LinkedIn data and integrate email insights. 7/ Sales ordering automation 8/ AI-powered consumer insights: I love Peekage as a partner & solution – will be using for new product development 9/ Deck building: Anyone have any recommendations? 10/ Inventory management - excited about Kaizntree, haven’t pulled the trigger yet Side note.. all of these subscriptions are add up sheesh $$$ Other operators– Tell me what I’m missing!!

After being heads down for most of the year I'm excited to share that Kaizntree recently completed 500 Global's flagship accelerator in San Francisco. For the last 6 months we've been surrounded by some of the best mentors and founders in Silicon Valley. It's incredible just how much Kaizntree has grown over this period.
